Refund Policy

If your order doesn't show or is damaged, we will reship free of charge. Damaged goods must be photographed in the packing on arrival and missing shipments need to supply the tracking number so it can be investigated with RM

For Tracked Mail

• If you have paid for Tracked postage you must provide proof that it hasn't arrived.
• We will recover the costs from Royal Mail if it goes missing and resend the order or refund the full value. If not, trusted customers will be given a voucher off a product of their choice.
• Tracked packages are insured up to £100. 
• Special Delivery packages are insured up to £750

These rules do not apply if you can supply lab results that contradict ours - you will be fully refunded including postage!

As all of our products are single-use, we cannot accept returns unless the packaging is in the condition you received it and none of the order is missing.
