• Orders placed and paid for by 1pm will be sent the same day. 
• We ship Monday to Friday, and Saturday wherever possible (no guarantees!)
• Some days we may not be able to ship - these dates will be posted on the site as soon as possible
• Royal Mail do not deliver Special Delivery on Saturdays, so Friday and Saturday SD orders may be sent via DPD instead. Make a note in at the checkout which you'd rather. For smaller orders, our advice is to just use Tracked 24. It's much cheaper and is still going to show up the same day. Special Delivery is best reserved for emergencies or high value orders
